I approach individuals holistically using mindfulness, spiritually-based practices and traditional therapy techniques. My goal is to assist you in learning mindfulness as well as help you develop self-acceptance and compassion for yourself.
This involves applying some mindful or meditative techniques which can assist you with a sense of calm, clarity and relaxation. Often these states can help relieve some symptoms of depression, anxiety and an over-active mind.
I strongly believe in therapy as a way for people to grow personally and spiritually.
